but, I am not looking for luck or holding out any expectations for reply. I ask questions that, at least to me, seem obvious and necessary to support/defend the premise of relocating the headquarters anywhere, including D.C.. I have also asked those questions now and in the past in a straightforward and respectful manner. What is the rationale and the perceived benefit(s) to any particular location? What are the costs involved in making that location a reality? How do the answers to those first two questions relate to the decision to be made in terms of the overall cost/benefit equation?

We think similarly in terms of D.C.. It makes sense for some companies to have a headquarters presence in D.C., however, for others it is more cost effective for professional lobbyists to provide that presence and the headquarters to be elsewhere for other business and/or strategic purposes.
