I agree with much of what you post, moving the ACC to DC does involve the p

And history. Business and organization historically together, Financial firms historically have a presence and address in NYC, fashion likewise, just about every lobbying organization has a presence in DC, as do embassies of foreign governments locate in capitals, much of Tech in Silicon valley, and back in DC youll find ancillary and primary HQ for hi tech and military along the Dulles corridor
