If you listen to the video that accompanied the article, then it tells you

the data sources that allowed them to reach that conclusion. This article provides a little more information to justify the Reidsville, NC choice and it even provides similar information (based on 2018 data) for the other power conferences and the Big East. Also, it is worth noting that the coordinates for Chestnut Hill and Coral Gables were used in the calculation (see the table towards the bottom of the article).
