This just inserts the Gov't into an already gummy process

The Bill also requires that any institution being investigated be notified of the investigation within 60 days. They better lift that requirement for cases that involve parallel criminal probes.
Do they really think we should start assigning judges to decide amateur sports BS issues because the NCAA is slow and inept? Aren't the courts also slow and inept?
Most of the major players will be exiting the NCAA before long anyway, and the new organ will not have anywhere near the 900 members to make this law applicable.
Stech I have been seeing your push to move ACC HQ to Washington. I can't think of what, exactly, they would be trying to accomplish when they get there. Help me out.
