They are fully in, from the Supreme Court on down, they won’t let go, they

never do. That means you get there and influence it as much as possible or you got what you gave.

As I said below, I am not advocating for them to take over, but they have and the NCAA has lost most if not all of it’s power. No reason to deny it, we have to adapt to it.
