For most scenarios the other division will always be horrible


because Oklahoma and Texas will want to be in the same division. The only way the other division would be good is if it has Clemson and FSU like schools in it. Since no high quality namebrand school will want to leave the Big Ten, SEC, Pac-12, and probably the ACC for the Big XII, then it will never happen for the Big XII.
