For regional purposes I do think the remaining Big XII schools


should be able to find a home. I am not sure the conference care that much about it though.

For example the Big Ten already has access to and maybe even a monopoly over the Iowa Market by having Iowa as a member. What then becomes the Big Ten's motivation to also add Iowa State too? Does the ACC, SEC, or Pac-12 have any motivation to add Iowa State to their conference?

Kansas has valuable namebrand when it comes to basketball. However, their football program is horrible again and the Kansas market may not be that valuable. Could the lack of a market and/or a lack of quality football be enough to turn the Big Ten off from adding Kansas especially if the conference is not able to add Oklahoma and/or Texas?

Personally, I always thought the 4 conferences should work together to come up with 4 regional super conferences that share the same media contracts. I am not sure the conferences are as big on cooperation as they should be or as people would like for them to be for a number of different reasons.
