That is not at all true regarding antibody test accuracy
The tests that are allowed to be used are at least 90% accurate and typically are above 95% accurate (for both positive results and negative results). There are peer reviewed studies of the antibody tests that confirm this data. The test designs and components meet the quality standards that we need and expect.
