is an ESPN-employed rumor/info monger with a radio show. He's way more shill than sleuth. His information comes from somewhere...and he talks publicly and on tape all the time.

The SEC schools are largely public institutions with open records requirements...phone records, emails, texts.

ESPN has business relationships with competing parties that have rights to certain information.

And we're not talking about a crime...unless they start lying...and then it is a federal crime and no longer about money and public image.

Finebaum and Magnus can posture all day, but none of them wants anywhere near a discovery process. There are no national security exemptions from public exposure.
