without knowing the specifics of any predetermined lookins or special provisions requiring lookin/possible adjustment for either the ACC or ESPN it is difficult to really say how good or bad the long term nature of the ESPN deal might be in reality. The long term GOR between conference members was critical I believe for ACC stability as a conference.
