The only comparison that makes sense is same state before and after inspect
ion. There are so many variables from staye to state that any comparison is too vague.
Need same state, same people, same roads, same general environment to compare. That data may be out there. I just haven't seen it.
Most safety data I've seen refers to deaths, not all incidents. Probably because all incidents assume innattention like you and others. Not saying that's bad, just impossible to confirm unless all involved vehicles are studied. Thay arent unless there's a fatality.A catch-22.
