I can understand there's a difference for 10, 100,000 or a million but if
A country has a plan that works for say 30 million people then I see absolutely no reason why that same plan wouldn't work for 300 million or even a billion to the same efficiency or even better.
I stand by my belief that the size of the USA is not what prevents us from having a better healthcare system. Our diversity is what prevents us from enacting a better plan. When I say diversity, I mean race, religion, income, nationality or everything.
We're mostly all for one & one for all in battle but not in healthcare. If we were we would have a single payer national plan. The same plan for our military, congressmen, employees for fortune 500's, the self employed and even the unemployed.
