Why not? They count as P5.

Speaking from experience, TCU and Oregon haven't worked out so well for UVA. We have another drubbing by Oregon coming up. We have a lot of work to do to improve enough for those games. But we have Illinois and Indiana on our schedule, who are more manageable.
