Very highly optimistic

Not sure where you are getting your data. Unit costs are coming down, but certainly not at staggering rates, and the practical increases in things such as storage capacity and range are incrementally increasing. And talking current practicality, I continually listen to neighbors and coworkers complain about Winter performance and degradation of battery cells their Teslas, Priuses, and other hybrids.
