Yes, that is a good point too. These wild swings bring uncertainty, and


with that uncertainty, it is hard to make a long-term investment in solar when every bit of extra capital that would have gone to that investment is now tied up in energy costs. And those wild swings make it hard for a company to predict future costs, leading to conservative spending in other areas.
