We all know Green is good, but the transition must be smooth-steady

The transition in Biden's term (Even before the Ukraine Invasion) was unsteady. Gas prices were already rising to much. We can transition to what is close to carbon neutral energy smoothly and steady over a period of time that keeps gas prices at 2.50 cents a gallon if done correctly. The problem is........correctly isn't in play.
