Since the $$$ offer wasn't mentioned, no one knows if the Pac-12 was correct in rejecting the espn offer or not.

Certainly, if the offer was down at the AAC level, I don't blame the Pac-12 for rejecting it. Even I think the Pac-12 property is better than the AAC property.

However, if the offer approached the ACC level, even if a little below, then I think Pac-12 may have lost their collective minds.

Their media value does not approach, in any way, the SEC or even the Big 10.
