It isn't a black-n-white answer because there are other factors


to consider here. For example if ESPN offered the Pac-12 10% less money than the AAC (not to be confused with ACC) in exchange for have complete control over the Pac-12's rights until 2037, then would you (as Larry Scott or any Pac-12 President) agree to that deal?

If I was in Scott's or any Pac-12 President's shoes and that was the deal ESPN offered me, then I would tell ESPN "Thanks, but no thanks." You may feel differently and that is entirely your opinion. My point is you can't say which model is better because it ultimately comes down to the terms and conditions in the contract. No one, even you, would say that the SEC model is "better" if the conference had to split $1 over the next 20 years.
