I am not sure it is a moot point though because the NCAA didn't control

the radio broadcasts and the Supreme Court still found the NCAA of violating antitrust laws when it came to the TV broadcasts. Also, the Sports Broadcasting Act only applies to TV broadcasts.

In regards to whether ESPN will have it all or not, do all the mid-major conferences have their own TV network? If they don't, then it is possible that ESPN could have it all. FWIW I do think some of the mid-majors (i.e. Ohio Valley Conference) have a streaming network, so it isn't clear if the courts would lump streaming and TV together or not. Also, if the power conferences decide to break away, then ESPN could end up with it all because the courts would only be deciding based on the power conferences.
