The ACC has gone from FSU and the 8 Dwarfs to Clemson and the 13 Dwarfs

You can't consider Notre Dame to be apart of the ACC because they return to being an Independent in football. Plus, perceptually it doesn't look good for the ACC to be the only power conference to have a partial member who is not an ACC member in the sport that matters the most; football.
