With ACCN, carriage fees are key

All this talk about cord cutting doesn't change the fact that carriage fees are key to revenue. ESPN will just earn huge profits off of it, rather than massive profits. Carriage fees for states that have conference members are significantly higher than those that don't. WV and CT have relatively small populations. No incentive for ACC to add those 2 with ND hanging out there.
