Would a 16-team ACC without ND be considered?

In that case, I imagine UConn & WVU would round out the league. Here's how I'd see the division's ending up (9 game schedule, no crossover rivals).

Old South: the 4 NC schools, Clemson, GT, UVA, & VT.

East Coast: Miami, FSU, Louisville, WVU, Pitt, Syracuse, BC, UConn

The only one who might be unhappy is FSU, adding northerners Pitt & UConn to go with BC & Syracuse, and playing Clemson 1 out of 4 years instead of every year. But other than that, all current conference rivalries would remain intact.
