You keep comparing to their last year in the ACC, which makes the differences seem larger. They would have received more money in the ACC for 15-16 than in the ACC for 13-14 as well. I do not know how much more, but in my opinion, the way you are comparing the numbers makes the differences appear larger than they are.

With that said, I do agree with your overall point that going to the B10 was a great financial move for UMD.
