Assuming Ukraine falls, then I believe Putin's next target is Moldova
which is also not a member of NATO. After Moldova falls, then Putin could get sidetracked and conquer Georgia just to thumb his nose at NATO and the West. Once that is settled, then he will turn his eyes to either the Baltic States or Finland and Sweden. If all of NATO doesn't come to the Baltic State's aid, then you might as well kiss NATO goodbye and disband it. I say that because Putin will have just shown the world that NATO is a hypocrite for claiming "When you declare war on 1 member then you declare war on all members" and then selective on when a NATO member is willing to provide military support to another NATO member currently under attack from a common enemy. After all that is the only reason Finland and Sweden are kind of picking up the pace about possibly joining NATO.
