One, as in one gov't body? Never

but they are essentially one commercial corridor now.

VT is moving all of the Ag buildings to McCoy, and with the coming Amtrak service likely having their station near the NRV Mall, I could see VT having some facilities out there too.

There is a plan to build a road west from the new VT / 460 entrance, along the base of Prices Mountain and tie it into Prices Fork Road somewhere past the gas stations in Prices Fork. Not sure what the goal is for that other than relieving anticipated congestion on Prices Fork Road. When it actually happens is way out in the future.
I'd like to see a by-pass style road to the NRV airport as well. Its runway is long and wide enough to handle larger jets than VT's and could open up some bigger businesses in the NRV with faster access to VT.
