CPRV's right. If you can't walk or ride a bike to the beach you may as well


be living anywhere in Hampton Roads. I often kiddingly say "live in the Midwest". You'll have traffic & parking issues when you go in the summer that keep many locals, even in va beach, from ever going to the beach. One more reason why Virginia Beach's citizens should've approved Lite Rail to the ocean front but that's a dead can of worms.
It's gonna be tough to find something that close for $120,000. He could check out the General Booth corridor from Birdneck Rd out towards Red Mill. The prices should drop the further away from the beach he gets.
