I saw pictures of some of the condos in that area

and the prices. He does not need a ton of square footage. He currently has a two bedroom one bath 900 square foot condo in NOVA. He is finding 2 bedroom, minimum one bath and 1000/1100 square feet within his price range where 120k is max. He has no problem with buying older condos (20 to 25 years old).
