I've been driving in FL as long as I had in VA before leaving.

I observe no noticeable difference in vehicle quality/safety due to inspection.

There's as much junk on the road in inspections states as in ones there aren't inspections.

IMO, we ought to spend more time/effort/money inspecting the drivers.

The drivers in FL are noticeably worse, as well as enforcement (nearly non-existent.)
