...get mauled on most of the big non-revenue sports like baseball & softball. They also have size limitations, and guys like David Robinson can't get in unless they have a very late growth spurt (like David). I still remember a guy in one of my squadrons who played LB for the Naval Academy. He was my size, and I was the size of a cornerback. Can't believe he played LB in Division 1 football.

Unlike the Hoo fans whining about their very selective student athletes, the military academies require a recommendation from the student's congressman. You want to talk about extremely selective...lol
