David Boren is backpeddling on Big XII Expansion

After meeting with his Board of Regents yesterday, he's now saying that the Big XII needs to get the network first before looking at expansion. The Circus continues. He also says he's been contacted by 25 schools wanting to join the Big XII.

So the Big XII Expand or Die President isn't so sure anymore.

The idea of just going out and getting a network is one we have familiarity with in the ACC.
