Here's a couple of key weaknesses in the article

1. Would you rather see Rutgers play Maryland
or Virginia Tech play UNC/ Clemson play FSU

Strong TV markets/ so-so football teams or great traditional football powers in medium markets.

2. The southern and midwest schools have the best teams with many in smaller to medium markets. The northeast does not, even though it has large TV markets.
