Both Wake and BC are at a cross roads. Pay the Stipend, or go to the Big East. Wake is 75% of the next lowest athletic department in the ACC.

64 schools mean 4 conferences of 16 schools. Unfortunately, the ONLY B12 school that has a fit in the ACC is WVU. The ACC would take Texas.

I see 4 conferences, the B12 (really 10) being history.
