Really, it's really just an economic issue, the American people have...

decided it is OK so you'd have to arrest a majority of the population. It's just not a viable, it's a resource issue, so get rid of that 60% of the "crimes" and now you can focus more on other stull like that fentanyl.

On the other hand, it doesn't thrill me to ride my bike down the side of the road and smell the marijuana from a passing car.
