Again it took 5 min for it to become "purchase players" money. Frankly there are probably little to no actual plans to create endorsements. It's a facade. Plus the players haven't done anything to have created market value. Take the cases of high schoolers signing for millions. No one even knows their names. This is just legalized bag men.
Valid point that it's difficult to regulate endorsement deals. But it needs to be done anyway, just as it has been since the beginning. Amateur sport concept. If you want to play in this amateur sports league, you can't get endorsements or they are capped at X. I don't know why that is unfair or unconstitutional. If players don't like that, they can go elsewhere or form their own league. Full freedom of choice and no one is being forced to do anything.
