The complaints about our team are not shown in the stats

Aluma is example 1. MY recruited him and has been developing him for 5 years (3 at VT). He is #9 in the ACC in scoring and has held his own against all the other ACC talent. He is also #9 in the ACC in FT %, and #8 in FG %. Is he always the very best? No. But does he match up and play consistently with the best? Yes and it shows in his ACC top 10 stats.

Cattoor is example 2. He was recruited by MY and has been developing here at VT for 3 years. He is tied for #4 in the ACC in 3's made per game and is #5 in the ACC in 3pt % and number of 3's made for the year. He is also a very solid defender and possibly one of the best at getting charges that VT has ever had.

The problem is not VT being able to develop players. The problem is that we are only in year 3 of CMY and there are only four players that CMY has had for all three years to develop. The other two being Ojiako and Alleyne. That's why I don't understand everyone complaining that it's not working. The VT player development pipeline is just getting started.
