January is really the first month of competition where they can develop


There's more pressure on the ball. The speed of the game is faster and more physical. There is some incompatibility between the new players and the older ones who transferred ib. They thrive more in a faster paced game like we saw the other night against Miami. They won't be walking the ball up the court and burning through the shot clock on most series.
