There's also an average talent level there which puts them in the hunt for


something every year. We are in a pickle because (a) we don't have that talent level this year, (b) kids are impatient, and (c) having a mature team like this year doesn't seem to work for us.

The original post is spot on. Kids aren't going to ride pine and soak it in at VT as they might at Wofford, and even if they do, there's no guarantee the veteran player can compete with younger elite guys in the conference.
