I see Duke as the opposite of the rush for talent example. In 20 years


They have only been to 3 final fours, and won 2 national titles. I know, easy to say "only" when we have never done either.

But the point is, for all the NBA talent that they have had go through there, the two times they won the title recently were both teams led by Seniors and Juniors (with a lot of contribution from the young hot Fr, So). Development has always mattered and always will.
