Something to keep in mind is that once something enters the court system


then it can be a crap shoot on which way the jury or judges rule on the case. Even if someone presents a sound argument to support his/her opinion like I did in the previous post, the jury or judge may still rule against you for various reasons. I figure at some point this issue will eventually end up in the court system just so it can work its way up to the SCOTUS and hopefully get SCOTUS's opinion on the record.
