If the Playoffs gives automatic bids to the 5 power conference

champions and only 1 spot for the 5 non-power conference champions, then the Playoffs may be violating antitrust laws. At least it could be argued that treating the 2 groups differently could be a form of collusion and/or restraint in trade. I guess it is even possible the 5 power conferences could be viewed as being no different than a cartel or oligopolists.
