I would prefer only conference champs be allowed and that would make it perfect. Since that will likely never happen, I85's plan is the next best thing. It puts emphasis on conference championships. Rank the 8 once selected. First round on New Years at Rose, Orange, Fiesta, and Sugar. Semi final 1 week later at Cotton. Final at Peach. Those bowls would rotate every year.
