And would we be an addition? I'm not so sure. That gets back to my primary

point that we will sort of be forced to join the SEC. This is sort of how I thought back in 2012 how things would eventually play out and we should have moved then. If you think we will be a lock to be added to the new big, bad SEC, then none of this is a big deal. I see a decent amount of risk that we won't get included.

If things play out the way you say, we could get left in the non-SEC outlier group which would be bad.
