I love Navy but offering ACC membership would be a terrible mistake

I live 15 miles from Annapolis- almost no one cares about Navy athletics unless they went to the Academy- and their alumni are spread everywhere, not in Maryland- not to mention what a small school they are to begin with.
No way they would generate 1/16th of the revenues to pull their own weight. If Wake is your ideal of what a ACC member should look like, you'll love Navy.
I also think how important having Navy would be to ND is grossly overrated.
I am very much for staying at 15 unless the ACC can hit a home run- and in the short run that isnt going to happen.
