Teel: ND All In Would Give ACC Intriguing Options

Interesting article from David Teel on the ND to the ACC subject. It's interesting timing for him to discuss this subject. Apparently the ACC Network has released a Documentary on Notre Dame Football's 2020 Season in the ACC.

It's also interesting that Teel is floating Navy as number 16. We've gone back and forth discussing Navy as an option here.
