Just an observation. I have no school age kids

But I have noticed one of the neighborhood kids out running the streets a lot during what would normally be considered school time. He comes from a good home and has parents who care. But he is left at home during the day. Teenager. I'm not too sure, if he is doing what he should be, how much of an education he is getting. That would concern me if I were a parent.
