Now with the Murdochs essentially in control of both Networks, a transfer of 3rd tier rights from their minority owned company to their majority owned company would meet with little if any resistance. Texas would be the only school where there would be some issues, and more than likely, any deal would be skewed in FOX's favor (majority held company).

As far as the YES Network being FOX's only strong foothold in the East, you must be forgetting about the Giants, Redskins, Eagles, NFL in general, Penn State, BTN, FOX News, FOX Business Channel, and the FOX Broadcast Network. Those games and networks could give the Pac 12 a TON of needed East Coast exposure.
