The PAC was going to 16, they thought they could build enough of an audience with 12. They are struggling. and they simply need a bigger audience.

That doesn't mean they don't need to tweak the model, but there are good reasons the SEC, B1G and ACC have 14. It expands their reach.

PS We all know that ESPN is propping up the numbers for the Big 12 with 10 teams...watch what happens when the GOR expires.
