Pac 12 and Big 12 merger EXCEPT

Oklahoma and Kansas to Big 10
West Va ... and UCONN to the ACC

baylor left out.......or Texas semi independent like ND and joins with ACC.
so PAC 12 20
Big 10 16
SEC 14 (but huge 14)
ACC 16 full time and Texas and ND all but football (ND and Texas plays 5 members).

Its going to cause a big legal issue with baylor, but after GOR for Big 12 expire in 2024, all can go all their way, and there will be an independent action for each school and PAC 12 acts on each independent school and chooses who they want...
