It will all depend on what UT wants to do. If they want to go to the B1G, then the B1G will take them Same for any other conference. If UT wants to run their own conference post OU, then that is what they would do.

Assuming the Big 12 goes away as a football conference:

Oklahoma and Kansas to the B1G.

Texas, Texas Tech to the Pac 12

Kansas State, Oklahoma State, TCU, Baylor and Iowa State to the AAC.

West Virginia to the ACC.

What is the most realistic outcome outside of the Big 12 staying as is?

OU and Kansas to the B1G, West Virginia to the ACC, and Texas runs their own conference with TCU, Houston, SMU, BYU, Oklahoma State, Iowa State, Kansas State, etc.
