I don't buy that argument.


NE got to play OT with their best player on the field, Atlanta didn't. If the coin flip had gone the other way, same argument stands.

Imagine Tom Brady leads this massive comeback, all the momentum, and then doesn't see the field in OT.

College OT makes more sense to me. Maybe the NFL moves the ball back to the 50 to start. I dunno.
